Homeowner guide
When a tree blocks the driveway, the most important details are whether anyone is trapped in or out, whether emergency access is affected, and whether the tree also hit a structure, vehicle, fence, or wires.
Take photos from the street and from the house side if it is safe. Include the trunk, branches, driveway width, garage access, and any narrow gates or slopes that may affect equipment.
If wires are involved, stay back and call the utility or emergency services first. For ordinary access blockages, call or submit a form with photos and location details.
